Ricky Yau

Ricky Yau graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Electronic Engineering and Master of Science in Integrated Project Delivery from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Head of Engineering at Hilti (Hong Kong) Limited responsible for code and approval development, engineering support and innovation integration. Before joining Hilti, he was a project engineer in Philips Lighting working for various Highways, Airport and Building projects in Hong Kong and Macau.

With past engineering experience in construction industry, especially the interaction with different project stakeholders, he is interested in leading innovation and technology execution to improve the construction productivity and quality. He is also keen on exchanges with different associations for uplifting the industry standards through the introduction of best practice from worldwide.
