Speaker:
Barry Davies is a Principal Consultant in the Human Factors team in ERM, based in the UK. A Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Barry has worked in the human factors arena for nearly 35 years. He has been part of multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, construction, transportation and defence, and has provided human factors integration, human factors training and design and assurance work in human factors engineering. Barry sits on several standing safety committees as the human factors representative including the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority’s Ground Handling Operations Safety Team (GHOST) and Highways England’s People-Plant-Interface task force.
