Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Temporary Works Forum Hong Kong will be held on Tuesday 25 April 2023 at 6:30pm at Leighton Contractor’s Asia, 39/F Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong for the following purposes:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 3rd Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2022;
2. To consider the Annual Report prepared by the Executive Committee and to plan policy and the work for the future;
3. To consider and approve the statement of accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 together with the report on the audit of accounts of the Association;
4. To appoint the auditor; and
5. To consider any other business.

Members who wish to raise matters for decision under the AOB item are requested to give advance written notice to the Honorary Secretary not later than 14 April 2023.

The meeting will be held in person and online with details to be provided in due course.
